I think Takahashi FET-300 f/8 is only one made so far, shipped in Aug 2008. I guess you can call it rare but I think they build it for you if you order one. Don't ask me how much. I don't know Tammy . That is a great and rare scope indeed, but not really consumer class. I was thinking more the Takahashi TSC-225 SCT.
